How do I contact Qadirah Support?

Whether you are having trouble with your wallet, are new to crypto and would like to learn more, or have feedback and suggestions for us, we are always here and happy to help! These are all the official channels to get in touch with Qadirah.

Qadirah staff will NEVER ask for sensitive information, including passwords, private keys, or 12-word secret recovery phrases.

In-app support

Web3 Wallet

You can get in touch with Qadirah Support via the in-app Support screen. Here’s how:

a) Click on the Profile icon in the lower right corner of your Web3 Wallet, then b) click Support.

Next, click on Contact Us.

Click on the What can we help you with? dropdown menu.

Scroll through the list of categories and select one that best describes the issue you need help with.

Enter your email address, and a description of your issue, then, when ready, click Send.

If your wallet is encountering an error, you can also attach your wallet’s Safe Report (a log of non-sensitive read-only wallet data) by clicking on the checkbox next to Include a Safe Report. To learn more about what information is contained in a Safe Report, check out our article on the subject.

From the Support screen, you can also access our Knowledge Base, and Status page.

Desktop

You can get in touch with Qadirah Support via the in-app Support screen. Here’s how:

Click on the Support icon.

Click on a) Twitter to open the page to the Qadirah Twitter profile, or b) Email Support to open an email addressed to Qadirah Support.

On this screen, you’ll also find Qadirah Help Videos, links to our Help Desk and Status pages, as well as a reminder to update your Qadirah wallet if you’re using an older version.

Mobile

You can get in touch with Qadirah Support via the in-app Support screen. Here’s how:

a) tap the Profile icon in the lower right corner of your screen. Then, b) tap Support.

Next, tap Contact Us.

Tap the What can we help you with? dropdown.

Scroll through the list of categories and select one that best describes the issue you need help with.

Enter your email address, and a description of your issue, then tap Send when ready.
