How do I move my funds from Bittrex to Qadirah?

You can move your funds from Bittrex by sending your supported assets to Qadirah.

Follow these steps to withdraw your funds from Bittrex.

Bittrex only supports Bitcoin (BTC) withdrawals to Legacy addresses (which start with “1”). To find your Legacy address, skip to: How do I find my Bitcoin Legacy address in Qadirah?

Which assets are supported in Qadirah?

Qadirah supports more than 300 different cryptocurrencies.

You also have the option to add custom tokens on several networks, including Ethereum. This means that any Ethereum-based (ERC20) token can be manually added to your wallet.

What can I do if an asset I hold in Bittrex is not supported in Qadirah?

If Qadirah doesn’t support an asset you hold in Bittrex, and you can’t add it as a custom token, you still have a few options.

You can swap it in Bittrex for an asset that is supported by Qadirah, such as Bitcoin, or send it to a wallet that does support your asset.

How do I withdraw my funds from Bittrex?

Mobile

Here’s how you can withdraw your funds from your Bittrex mobile app.

Bittrex is a third-party platform that is not affiliated with Qadirah. As such, Qadirah cannot guarantee the performance of its products/services or that the steps shown and the information provided will always be accurate.

Log in to your Bittrex account and tap Wallets.

Tap Withdraw.

Tap Cryptocurrency.

Select the cryptocurrency you'd like to send to Qadirah.

If you're sending BTC, you will see a warning that SegWit addresses are not supported. To find your Legacy Bitcoin address (starts with "1"), skip to: How do I find my Bitcoin Legacy address? To continue, tap I understand.

a) Paste your address and b) enter the amount that you want to withdraw. Then c) tap Next.

a) Review your transaction details, b) enter your Bittrex 2FA code, then c) tap Submit.

And that's it! Your transaction will be processed by Bittrex. You'll receive your funds in Qadirah as soon as your withdrawal is confirmed.

Desktop

Here’s how you can withdraw your funds from Bittrex on desktop.

Log in to your Bittrex account and click Holdings.

In your Holdings tab, next to the asset you'd like to send to Qadirah, click Withdraw.

a) Enter your Qadirah address and b) the amount you want to withdraw, then c) click Withdraw [asset].

a) Review your transaction details, b) enter your Bittrex 2FA code, then c) click Withdraw [asset].

You'll see a confirmation that your withdrawal was submitted in the bottom-left corner of your wallet.

Finally, you can review the status of your withdrawal in the Withdrawals tab.

And that’s it! Your transaction will be processed by Bittrex. You’ll receive your funds in Qadirah as soon as your withdrawal is confirmed.

How do I find my asset’s address in Qadirah?

Mobile

In Qadirah Mobile, a) tap on the Wallet icon, then b) tap on the asset you'd like to receive.

If the asset you want to receive is supported on multiple networks, a) tap the dropdown menu and b) select the network you are receiving the asset on.

Now tap on the Receive icon on the right.

To copy the address, tap on it. You can paste this address into Bittrex.

Desktop

In Qadirah Desktop, a) click the Wallet icon and b) select the asset you want to receive.

If the asset you want to receive is supported on multiple networks, a) click the dropdown menu and b) select the network you want to receive your asset on.

After selecting the asset and network, click Receive.

To copy the address, click the copy icon to the right of the address field. You can paste this address into Bittrex.

Web3 Wallet

If you are planning on receiving Bitcoin (BTC), we recommend using Mobile or Desktop because Web3 Wallet does not support receiving Bitcoin on a Legacy address.

Open Web3 Wallet and a) click on the Wallet icon. Next, b) click on Receive.

From the list of assets, click on the one you want to receive.

Here you will see your address in plain text. To copy it to your clipboard, click Copy. You can paste this address into Bittrex.

How do I find my Bitcoin Legacy address in Qadirah?

By default, when you open your Bitcoin wallet in Qadirah and click on Receive, you will be shown your SegWit address, which is not supported by Bittrex.

You can enable your Legacy address on Desktop and Mobile. Only send Bitcoin (BTC) from Bittrex to your Legacy Bitcoin address, which starts with 1.

Mobile

Open your Bitcoin wallet and tap on the Settings icon in the top right corner.

Toggle on Legacy Address and return to your Bitcoin wallet.

Tap on the Receive icon.

Tap the arrows to the left and right of the QR code to see all your addresses. Your Legacy address starts with 1.

Desktop

In your Bitcoin wallet, a) click the More menu in the top right corner then b) click on Advanced Options.

Toggle on Legacy Address and return to your Bitcoin wallet.

Click Receive.
