How do I send crypto from Kucoin to Qadirah?

How can I tell which network my asset uses?
Several assets can run on multiple networks. However, Qadirah might not support each token on every network. As such, it is important to know which network your asset runs on before receiving it in Qadirah. To make it easier, you can look at the network badge in your asset’s wallet.

Which network should I choose?
Generally, you should choose the network by selecting the cryptocurrency’s name (e.g. Bitcoin) or ticker (e.g. BTC).
However, if an asset uses more than one network, you can use the network that is supported in your Qadirah wallet (the network badge in the wallet shows the supported network). Also, check below for help in choosing the right network to receive the asset on.

How do I transfer from Kucoin to Qadirah?

Desktop
Open Kucoin at https://www.kucoin.com and login.
Once you log in, the Assets Overview page will open up. Click on Withdraw.
If you are already logged in, navigate to the Assets dropdown menu on the top left and click on Overview. This will take you to the Assets Overview page and then you can click on the Withdraw button as shown above.
Select the asset that you wish to send from the dropdown menu.
Paste your Qadirah wallet’s receive address which you can find by following this guide: How do I receive Crypto?
- Select the correct network that Qadirah supports. You can check above for the correct network, and if that doesn’t help, please send us an email and we will be happy to guide you.
- Enter the amount you want to withdraw from Kucoin to your Qadirah wallet.
- Double-check to ensure if everything is correct, and when you are ready, click Confirm.
Confirm the withdrawal amount and the receiving address on the Tamper-Proofing Confirmation screen and click Confirm Withdrawal.
If you have two-factor authentication (2FA) and a trading password enabled, you will now have to enter these codes along with an email verification code. Once done, click Submit.
And you are done!
Kucoin app
Open the Kucoin app on your mobile device.
After logging in, click on the Assets icon in the bottom right corner.
Next, click on Withdraw.
Select the asset you want to transfer.

How do I find my Transaction ID from Kucoin?
Desktop
Use the following guide if you want to check the status of your withdrawal to Qadirah.
Open Kucoin at https://www.kucoin.com and log in.
Once you log in, the Assets Overview page will open up. Click on the Deposit & Withdrawal History tab.
If you are already logged in, you can navigate to the Assets dropdown menu on the top left and click on the Overview. This will take you to the Assets Overview page and then you can click on the Deposit & Withdrawal History tab as shown above.
Now, click on the Withdrawal History tab and here you will see the details of your withdrawals along with their current status.
Click on the View Transaction link to check the details of your transaction on the blockchain. From there, you can grab the Transaction Hash/Transaction ID for your transaction.
You can also click on the > button at the right to view the Withdrawal details as shown below and from here, you can also copy the TxHash or click on it to view the transaction status and details on the blockchain.
Kucoin app
Open the Kucoin app on your mobile device.
After logging in, click on the Profile icon at the top left.
Next, click on History.
Click on the Withdraw tab and you will see a list of your withdrawals. Click on the transaction that you would like to check the details of and the Withdrawal Details will pop up.
On the Withdrawal Details screen, you can check the current status of the transaction and also can copy the TxHash. You can also click on the TxHash to view the transaction status and details on the blockchain.
